About Me

The human mind and human behavior are my intellectual passions. Athletic, academic, and professional performance are my expertise. Overcoming childhood emotional patterns and mental health lows to find self love and balance in life is my journey.

I graduated with my MD from Harvard Medical School in 2019, took two years to pursue athletics (perfect timing, eh?) and will be starting as a resident in psychiatry at Stanford in 2021. Until then, I would love to help you meet your own goals in life.
